Cooking Time

Soaking is not necessary, but it is advisable to soak for 3 to 4 hours.

Hard water 1 h 30 min to 2 h. 35 min to 50 min.
Soft water 1 h 15 min to 2 h. 25 min to 35 min.
For very hard water, use mineral water.
