Since 1965<\/h2>\n

Our origins date back to the 1960s, when Gin\u00e9s Mart\u00ednez began his journey in the world of legumes, drawing on everything he had learned and experienced up to that point. Later, and as it should be, he passed on his knowledge and dedication to his sons, Jos\u00e9 Dami\u00e1n and Antonio Gin\u00e9s. <\/p>\n

With his experience gained across Spain, Gin\u00e9s Mart\u00ednez chose to settle in Minaya, right in the heart of La Mancha. Our region is fortunate to produce some of the finest lentils. Strategically located between Valencia\u2014one of the Mediterranean’s most important ports\u2014and Madrid, our roots remain firmly in agriculture and the land. This deep connection allows us to truly understand every one of our products.<\/p>\n
