Our origins date back to the 1960s, when Ginés Martínez began his journey in the world of legumes, drawing on everything he had learned and experienced up to that point. Later, and as it should be, he passed on his knowledge and dedication to his sons, José Damián and Antonio Ginés.
With his experience gained across Spain, Ginés Martínez chose to settle in Minaya, right in the heart of La Mancha. Our region is fortunate to produce some of the finest lentils. Strategically located between Valencia—one of the Mediterranean’s most important ports—and Madrid, our roots remain firmly in agriculture and the land. This deep connection allows us to truly understand every one of our products.

Facilities
Our company’s facilities cover a total area of 14,000 m², with 6,000 m² built and dedicated to storage and processing. We are equipped with the most modern systems for selecting, cleaning, packaging, and distributing top-quality legumes, blends, and seeds.

- We have partnered with the NGO Cooperación Internacional in Mumbai (India) through sports and their “Football is Life” program.
