Chickpea flour is obtained by finely grinding chickpeas and then separating the different by-products obtained (semolina, bran, etc.), resulting in 100% pure chickpea flour. This flour has an aromatic note and a very pleasant unique flavor. It is gluten-free, making it a suitable substitute for wheat flour. It is also widely used in confectionery and catering for frying fish, especially in the preparation of shrimp fritters.
